“For those who dare to get healthy, the rewards are immeasurable!”
Since 2006, as I have provided accounting and technology support to many small businesses, I have repeatedly encountered the need for support in leadership, team building, and critical decision making for small business owner and leaders. Until now, CleanBooks has only provided accounting and IT tech support. However, we are excited to now also offer executive and leadership coaching. We have partnered with who we believe are excellent coaches with years of experience and who have a proven track record in helping business owners and leaders take their businesses to the next level, problem solving, conflict resolution, etc.
Our coaches are independent professionals who do not work exclusively for CleanBooks, but have agreed to partner with us to provide our clients their expertise. We believe that this teamwork will enable us to provide a valuable service to our clients.
Below is an introduction from Chris, one of the coaches. Please call 717-581-0300 ext 30 for a free initial consult with Chris.
Yours for clean books!

Introduction from Chris:
One on One Executive Coaching:
The most effective results of my coaching practice come when working directly with CEOs, Owners, and Executive Directors. I love the challenge of leadership, and have great respect for the responsibilities that leaders carry. I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to help you discover and achieve your best solution based on who you are and what your strengths are. Leadership is crucial for the success of great organizations. And I love helping leaders live and function at their highest potential and beyond.
Leadership Team Coaching:
In his latest book, Advantage, best-selling author and leading consultant Patrick Lencioni argues that there is a profound difference between smart organizations and healthy organizations. I agree. Most of us tend to gravitate to what we know, to what is safe, to what is clear and definable in a chart, spreadsheet, or well-defined process. And while these “smart” factors are important, they simply are not enough. You also need “health”. Health is harder to define, it’s the intangibles like trust, and it’s the paradoxes like servant leadership. Health is the courage to truthfully answer hard questions like, “What does love really look like” in the situation you are confronting (or avoiding). Health is often scary and health can be very messy. But for those who dare to get healthy, the rewards are immeasurable! Healthy groups overcome obstacles that totally derail other “smarter” groups.
This is where I seek to serve your organization as you grow. I will come alongside of you and:
- Ask powerful questions at the appropriate times
- Provide feedback to avoid costly mistakes
- Point out the “elephant in the room” that needs called out
- Be an unbiased and neutral observer/advisor
exceptional leaders - exceptional process - exceptional results
